Team Guillotine is a collaborative horrorcore hip-hop album by Insane Poetry and JP Tha Hustler, released April 30, 2018, through Lyrikal Snuff Productionz (LSP). The 13-track project brings together two established underground artists for a collection of dark, aggressive recordings featuring collaborators from the horrorcore music scene.
The album includes guest appearances by Scum, Damien Quinn, Slyzwicked, MC Val, Claas, J. Irja, Tre Dizzle, Nekro G, Body Bag Syndikate, Lee Carver, Smallz One, and Madd Maxxx.
Produced, mixed, and mastered by JP Tha Hustler, the project features songs including “Chop Their Heads,” “Paint It Red,” “Chinese Water Torture,” “Stay Woke,” and “Close Your Mouth.”
Dammit Boy Productions founder Tre Dizzle appears on track eight, “Close Your Mouth,” alongside Insane Poetry and JP Tha Hustler.
Tre Dizzle recorded his verse at Dammit Boy Studios and emailed the completed vocal recording for inclusion in the album. This contribution documents the continued recording relationship between Tre Dizzle and Insane Poetry, whose collaborative history extends back to their earlier work during the Grim Reality Entertainment era.
Although Team Guillotine was released independently of Dammit Boy Productions, Tre Dizzle’s performance represents a direct recording contribution from Dammit Boy Studios.
Team Guillotine was released through Lyrikal Snuff Productionz in 2018. The original physical CD credits JP Tha Hustler with producing, mixing, and mastering the album.
The packaging also documents additional turntable performances, including scratches by JP Tha Hustler on “Chop Their Heads” and DJ Double A on “Microphone Killa (Zip Loc Remix).”
The album’s original 13-track sequence includes alternate versions of “Paint It Red,” “Microphone Killa,” and “Jealous Cat,” reflecting the project’s collaborative approach to underground horrorcore.
Team Guillotine represents another chapter in the longstanding musical relationship between Insane Poetry, JP Tha Hustler, and Tre Dizzle.
Earlier recordings, including “We Got It” and “Let’s Ride,” originated during the Grim Reality Entertainment era and were subsequently included on multiple projects released by JP Tha Hustler. These historical recordings demonstrate the continued circulation of material from the artists’ earlier collaborations.
The 2018 album documents a later collaboration, with Tre Dizzle contributing a newly recorded verse for “Close Your Mouth.”
An original physical copy of Team Guillotine is preserved in the personal collection of Gregg Brinkley (Tre Dizzle), founder of Dammit Boy Productions.
The surviving CD includes original cover artwork, printed tracklist, production credits, publishing information, and disc artwork. These materials provide primary-source documentation of the album’s original release and Tre Dizzle’s credited participation.
