E-40

Earl “E-40” Stevens is an American rapper, entrepreneur, and record executive from Vallejo, California. Widely regarded as one of the most influential figures in West Coast hip-hop, E-40 helped establish the Bay Area as a major force in rap music through his independent approach to artist development, distribution, and business ownership.
